Account Registration and Security

- Winnings generated exclusively through bonus funds, where the wagering requirement has not yet been met, are classified as bonus winnings and cannot be withdrawn until the rollover obligation is satisfied in full.
bkt66 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus, free spins, or associated winnings that have been awarded in error, obtained fraudulently, or through a technical malfunction. Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension and Termination
bkt66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by bkt66.
- A player's request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bkt66 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach, any remaining balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable verification.
Governing Law and Amendments
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
